Delete your account

A request is available even if you no longer have the app installed

Cadence is developed and operated by Eloquence LLC. You can permanently delete your Cadence account either inside the app or by sending a deletion request from this page.

Delete inside Cadence

1. Open Cadence and sign in.
2. Open the Profile tab.
3. Select Delete account and confirm.

The in-app option deletes the account immediately after authentication and lets you choose whether to also erase encrypted practice history from that device.

Request deletion without the app

Email our privacy team from the email address associated with your Cadence account. If you used a phone number instead, include that number with its country code. Use the button below to start a pre-addressed request.

Request account deletion

We may ask you to verify account ownership before acting. We will confirm completion by email, normally within seven days.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting your Cadence account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. To stop future renewals, cancel the subscription through the store where you purchased it:

• Apple App Store: On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, select your name, then Subscriptions, Cadence, and Cancel Subscription. You can also manage your App Store subscriptions online.
• Google Play: On your Android device, go to Subscriptions in Google Play, select Cadence, then Cancel subscription and follow the instructions. You can also manage your Google Play subscriptions online.

Data that is deleted

• Your Cadence user record and profile information.
• Linked authentication methods and active session tokens.
• Server-side progress events and reports associated with your account.
• Any temporarily cached analysis results and transcripts associated with your account.

Data on your device

Speaking-session results can be encrypted and stored locally. In-app deletion offers separate Delete everything and Delete account only choices. A web request cannot erase private storage on a device you still possess; use the in-app option or uninstall Cadence to remove it.

Retention and exceptions

Cadence does not retain uploaded audio after analysis. Analysis results may be cached for up to 24 hours solely for reliable result delivery, unless account deletion removes them sooner. We may retain limited records only when required for fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, or other legal obligations. Those records are isolated from normal product use and removed when the applicable obligation ends.
